Alliance Residential, Dwelo, Google, Nest Present SmartHome Technology Pack

A partnership of Alliance Residential Co., Dwelo, Nest and Google has launched its Alliance SmartHome technology pack designed to improve connectivity and operational efficiencies, while also reducing costs. More than 25,000 luxury apartments across the U.S. will benefit from this project. The Alliance SmartHome package will include the following:
- the Nest Learning Thermostat
- Google Home Mini with built-in Google Assistant
- smart locks
- light switches
- wall outlets
- digital home access
- voice-enabled control
Dwelo is an open platform that controls all IoT devices and is easily accessible for on-site multifamily managers via the Alliance SmartHome dashboard application. Upon implementation, Alliance’s Broadstone developments and third-party-managed assets will profit from cost and utility savings on employment and ROI.
