Alliance Residential Co. has begun construction of Broadstone Ayrsley, a luxury project within the Ayrsley mixed-use development in Charlotte, N.C. The company previously acquired nearly 15 acres of land at 2215 Silver Crescent Drive for this community. Residents are expected to move in by 2021.
Upon completion, Broadstone Ayrsley will consist of 320 apartments and townhomes averaging 939 square feet. Architect Cline Design Associates drew inspiration for the community’s design from the Ayrsley Town Center. The community’s amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park and a walking/running path.
The multifamily community will be located just off Interstate 485 and is near many residential and retail services.
The Carolinas have seen activity from Alliance Residential over the last year. In the Fall of 2019, the company opened 345 luxury units in Charlotte’s FreeMore West neighborhood as well as 342 luxury units in downtown Durham, N.C.
Earlier this month, the firm sold Broadstone City Center, a 315-unit luxury community in West Palm Beach, Fla.
