AKAM Wins Miami Luxury Condo Management Contract
The firm continues to expand in South Florida, where it now oversees some 21,000 units.

The condominium associations of 500 Brickell have selected AKAM On-Site Inc. to oversee property operations for the 633-unit luxury asset in Miami. This contract brings the firm’s management portfolio in South Florida to approximately 21,000 units. In May, AKAM took over management of a 113-unit condo building in Boca Raton, Fla.
Located in the Brickell neighborhood, the property is near the Miami River, a short distance south of the city center. The area is connected to downtown Miami and the wider metro area via several public bus routes, and the Metromover system’s Fifth Street station is a short walk away.
Developed by The Related Group in 2008, the Arquitectonica-designed 500 Brickell consists of two 42-story towers connected at a 10-story podium and via the rooftop. The Class A buildings feature one- to three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 811 to 1,319 square feet. Amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, club room, playground and health spa.
