ABODA Tapped to Manage High-Rise Apartment Building in Rochester
The global housing provider is the new property manager of the tallest building in Rochester, Minn.

Rochester, Minn.—Royal Management & Development Inc. has selected ABODA to manage a premier high-rise apartment asset in Rochester, Minn. The 29-story Broadway Plaza will be managed by Scott Eggert.

Located at 15 First St. SE., Broadway Plaza is the tallest building in the city of Rochester. Incorporating 145 newly renovated apartments and retail space on the second floor, the property offers amenities such as 24/7 concierge service, fitness center, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, as well as a business center. The tower first opened in 2004 and is conveniently situated within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic and downtown Rochester.
