Yardi Expands AI Platform With Claude Connector

Yardi has added the Virtuoso Connector to Virtuoso Enterprise, the company’s artificial intelligence platform for real estate operators. The connector enables users to securely access and interact with live Yardi data through Anthropic’s Claude AI assistant and other AI tools using a context window interface.

The connector authenticates through Yardi, so users are able to interact with the data they already have permission to view. This allows property managers and operators to streamline how they retrieve information from Yardi’s systems through artificial intelligence tools they already use.

According to Yardi, it is the first property management software provider with an MCP connector available on Anthropic’s marketplace. The connector is available now through Virtuoso Enterprise, with additional large language model support planned in the future.
