Miami Luxury Condo Tower Reaches Construction Milestone
The 292-unit tower is expected to come online in the summer of 2026.

Developer and contractor Turnberry and Juneau Construction Co. have topped out on ONE Park Tower, a 33-story luxury condominium building located in SoLé Mia, a master-planned community in North Miami. The tower broke ground in Jan. 2024, and is expected to be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2026.
ONE Park Tower, located at 2411 Laguna Circle, was designed by Arquitectonica and features one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. The building includes seven different residence types, each of which feature wrap-around balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. It also has three floors’ worth of penthouse residences with five distinct layouts.
According to Turnberry, the residences’ pricing will start at $900,000.

On site amenities at ONE Park Tower will include a spa, fitness center, a golf simulator, playgrounds with tennis and pickleball courts and a business lounge with a co-working space.
SoLé Mia’s surroundings
SoLé Mia is proximate to a seven-acre lagoon, which includes private beaches and cabanas. One Beach Club will also be open for the residents, and includes activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. SoLé Mia is local to the Oleta River State Park, and the Adventura Mall is under 5 miles away. Downtown Miami 12.3 miles from the community.
SoLé Mia is making over 4,000 units available across the five buildings that are set to make up the space. The Shoreline, Villa SoLé, and Villa Laguna are already open and more than 90 percent occupied, according to Yardi Matrix data.
The multifamily market in Miami steadily grew throughout 2024, according to a Yardi Matrix report on the area. The city’s average asking rent was down .2 percent to $2,477, level with the national average. The 15,249 units were delivered last year were similar to 2023.
