Community for ‘Hybrid Professionals’ Comes Online in New Jersey
Greystar manages the upscale Hoboken Point, which includes a large coworking space.

Real estate firm Hartz Mountain has completed its latest project, Hoboken Point, located along the Hudson River, in Weehawken’s Lincoln Harbor enclave. The community will be managed by Greystar.
The 262-unit resort-style community is located at 100 Harbor Blvd. in Weehawken, N.J. Hoboken Point was designed to fit the lifestyle of the “modern hybrid professional,” according to the developer, offering a 5,200-square-foot coworking area.
Designed by CetraRuddy, the 15-story property includes some first-floor retail, as well as 280 parking spaces. Units range from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. Interiors feature washers and dryers, custom closets and controlled key systems. Hoboken Point also includes a fitness center, yoga studio, game lounge with multi-sport simulator, screening room with a library, sky pool and spa, as well as a dog park.
The property is a ferry ride away from Manhattan, with Lincoln Tunnel and its metro stops just north of the community. Additionally, there are several light rail/bus stations on each side of the Hudson.
In a recent interview with Multi-Housing News, President & COO of Hartz Mountain Gus Milano spoke about Hoboken Point and what makes it a hot spot for digital nomads and hybrid workers.
