Braxton Development, Sterling Development and Baledge Team On Opening of Luxury Apartments in N.D.

Dickinson, N.D.—Braxton Development, Sterling Development and Baledge LLC have opened Sierra Ridge Apartment Homes, a 278-unit Class A community in Dickinson, N.D.

Located at the intersection of State Ave. North and 21st West, Sierra Ridge consists of 12 buildings and features seven different one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in square footage from 685 to 1,305. The apartments also offer attached or detached garages, along with exterior storage areas and car/truck plug-ins.

Amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with Energy Star rated appliances, wood-grain flooring throughout and spacious, walk-in closets. There’s also a locker area located in each residential building available for residents to rent for storage of items with oil residue. Furnished apartment homes are also available.

The pet-friendly community features a resident clubhouse, cyber café with Wi-Fi, fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment, an outdoor fireplace and grilling station, car care center and recycling center.

The community is in a rapidly growing area thanks to the oil boom of the Bakken Shale Formation.

Sierra Ridge is managed by Sterling Management LLC. First resident move-ins are scheduled for later this month.
