78 Homestead Condos Hit the Market
Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the apartments that are part of Caribbean Isle Villas, a 252-unit community.
Miami—Cushman & Wakefield was named exclusive marketing advisor for the sale of 78 condominiums out of the 252 units at Carribean Isle Villas in Homestead, Fla. Calum Weaver, executive managing director at C&W, is representing the seller, Miami-based BC Caribbean LLC.
The price of the well-maintained apartments, completed in 2007, is expected to generate a lot of interest. “There is a shortage of housing stock in Miami-Dade County that is less than 10 years in age and can be purchased for less than $250,000,” explained Weaver. Similar properties sell for $150 per square foot, according to the real estate executive.
The for-sale condos—52 two-bedroom units and 26 three-bedroom apartments—total 85,575 square feet and are fully occupied.
Caribbean Isle Villas is located at 2700 Pacific Blvd. NE, in close proximity to Florida’s Turnpike and Baptist Health’s Homestead Hospital, one of the largest employers in the area.
