By Anuradha Kher, Online News EditorNew York–Sky House, a 55-story, 139-unit luxury condominium tower located at 11 East 29th St. in Manhattan, is offering a 3,700-sq.-ft. duplex residence featuring a 300-sq.-ft., glass-enclosed winter garden on its 51st floor terrace. The winter garden duplex is part of what the developer is calling the property’s premier collection.The duplex features four bedrooms and a library, and is priced at $8.2 million. It has not yet been sold but there has been interest from buyers, according to the developer.“We are proud to unveil the exclusive homes that make up the premier collection of Sky House,” says Veronica W. Hackett, managing partner of The Clarett Group, developer of the project. Sky House’s premier collection also features two full-floor residences on the 48th and 49th floors, each nearly 4,000 sq. ft., and a 53rd floor duplex with three bedrooms and three baths. There is also a full-floor penthouse of nearly 3,000 sq. ft. on the 55th floor offering loft-inspired living.Every condo on the premiere collection features views of the East River, the Hudson River and the New York harbor. The views from these homes include almost every iconic landmark for which New York City is famous.“There is no finer collection of homes, each conceived to offer spectacular views and to be unique among the world of luxury condominium living in New York,” Hackett says. Other condos range feature one to four bedrooms and start at $950,000. Move-ins at the tower have begun and the property is already 80 percent sold.
