The 250-unit complex, which has 10,500 sq.-ft. of retail space, has sold more than 80 percent of the units.The building has one-and two-bedroom apartments ranging in price from $400,000 to $1.2 million.“A” Condominiums (pictured) is designed by the international architectural firm RMJM Hillier to integrate existing local brick architecture with contemporary glass buildings. The building’s architecture is aimed at incorporating the typology and scale of the New York City skyscraper with Jersey City’s indigenous brick manufacturing warehouses, one of which is located adjacent to the site.Building amenities include 24/7 concierge and personal assistant services including package check, reservation recommendation and service for dining and entertainment, private fitness center, a terrace, optional storage space and a five-story garage that can accommodate up to 238 cars.
