The apartment REIT sector had an average of 18.09x price to LTM FFO multiple as of June 6, 2024.
Among multifamily REITs, Veris Residential Inc. topped the list with a 67.0x price to LTM FFO multiple, followed by AvalonBay Communities, Inc. with a 18.9x price to LTM FFO multiple.
NexPoint Residential Trust Inc. was at the bottom of the list with a 14.4x price to LTM FFO multiple–same as Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc.
