YOO on the Park Opens in Atlanta, Welcomes First Residents

Atlanta—Developer of innovative residential and mixed-use properties The Trillist Cos. welcomed the first residents to join YOO on the Park, a 25-story luxury multifamily community.

Located at 207 13th St., the 245-unit property is rising above Piedmont Park in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The community’s unit mix consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 540 to 1,347 square feet. Property amenities include controlled access, business and fitness centers, clubhouse, swimming pool and covered parking. Pre-leasing at the property has been positive due to significant demand from residents looking for higher-quality finishes. Additionally, demand for the property’s varying unit types has also been positive, with several options still available for prospective residents.
