Work to Begin on Sunny Isles Beach Condo Project
Developer Verzasca Group and the Aurora sales team are moving to a new location in order for demolition to begin on the existing sales center.
Verzasca Group announced the start of construction of Aurora Sunny Isles Beach in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., will begin in mid-June with the demolition of the existing sales center at the site. The luxury residential condominium is the first project to be developed on the west side of Collins Avenue (A1A) in more than a decade.
Aurora Sunny Isles Beach is a new luxury condo project at 17550 Collins Ave. featuring 61 residences and amenities such as a pool deck, yoga garden and lounge, fitness center, kid’s zone, spa and beach concierge services. The boutique building’s two- and three-bedroom residences range from 1,385 to more than 2,150 square feet, with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and private elevator entry. The project is more than 45 percent sold. Additionally, an international investor acquired a 5,382-square-foot, ground-floor commercial space at the project earlier this month for $5.5 million.
Developer Verzasca Group and the Aurora sales team are relocating to a new sales center at 17600 Collins Ave., adjacent to the project site. A groundbreaking ceremony will be scheduled after the three-week demolition work is complete. Aurora is part of a collection of boutique residences developed in the area like Le Jardin Residences and Pearl House in Bay Harbor Islands, Fla.
“We are excited to be closing in on the start of construction at Aurora. Demand has been strong, and that will only intensify as the marketplace sees activity on the site,” said Verzasca Managing Director Tim Lobanov, in prepared remarks.
