Woodmont Properties Expands New Jersey Footprint

Woodmont Properties has broken ground on Woodmont Independence, a 120-unit luxury community in Independence Township, N.J.

Situated across 11 acres, the property will feature one- two- and two- plus den floorplans. Each unit will have oversized windows, a spa-like master bath, a private patio or balcony and high-end finishes.

Community amenities will include a swimming pool, a fire pit, barbecue grills and hiking parks. Private offices, a dog park, an indoor pet spa, a fitness center and yoga studio, as well as a club room, bike storage and package lockers will also be available.

Located at Route 517 & Bilby Road, the community will be less than 2 miles north of Hackettstown, N.J., offering easy access to a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The Hackettstown Hospital will also be less than 2 miles southeast of the community, while Stephens State Park will be within 2 miles east.

Woodmont Properties will open the leasing office for the property in the fall of 2022. Active in the New Jersey market, the developer commenced leasing the 443-unit Woodmont Way in West Windsor, N.J., in March 2021.
