Woodmont Properties has started construction on a 443-unit luxury multifamily community in the Princeton, N.J., region. Woodmont Way will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in West Windsor, N.J., near Princeton University.

Located at 200 Emmons Drive, the property’s residences will feature plank floors, 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and high-end finishes. Some units will include a private patio or balcony. The property will have detached garages and storage units available for rent.

A pet-friendly community, Woodmont Way will have an indoor pet spa and outdoor dog run. Community amenities will include a clubhouse with bar, game room, theater room, golf simulator, strength and cardio center and a fitness studio with virtual classes on demand. The property’s outdoor amenities will feature a swimming pool, bocce ball court, and barbecue terrace with a fire pit. Residents will also be near regional outdoor recreation offerings including walking, hiking and bike trails and golf courses.

The property is adjacent to US-1 and minutes from a variety of shopping, entertainment and dining venues. Among the nearby options are Trader Joe’s, Market Fair Shopping Mall, Whole Foods market, P.F. Chang’s, Amazing Escape Room and Buffalo Wild Wings. Woodmont Way will be a short drive to the Princeton Junction train station, which offers service to New York City and Philadelphia.

In May, Woodmont Properties sold Bayside Cove, a 125-unit community in South Amboy, N.J., to a private investor for nearly $44 million. The company had financed the construction of the property at 100 Celecki Drive in 2017 with a $24.1 million loan from Valley National Bank. It has 20 apartments and 106 townhomes.
