Wood Partners Breaks Ground on Denver-Area Project
The 260-unit Alta Green Mountain in Lakewood is slated for completion this August. The project is less than 3 miles from Denver Federal Center.

Wood Partners has begun construction on Alta Green Mountain, a garden-style community in Lakewood, Colo. The 260-unit property is slated for completion in August of this year.
The community will be located at 13155 W. Mississippi Court and will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with interior finishes that will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 42-inch wood cabinetry. The community will also offer:
- clubhouse
- fitness center
- cyber café
- swimming pool
- bike/ski repair shop
- car charging station
Alta Green Mountain is less than 3 miles from Denver Federal Center, which is the largest concentration of federal employees outside of Washington, D.C., less than 12 miles from Denver and 18 miles from Denver Tech Center. The project is also around 2 miles from St. Anthony Hospital and the Federal Center Station light rail station.
Earlier this year, Wood Partners broke ground on Alta Med Main, a 338-unit property in Houston. The project is scheduled to open in the spring of 2020.
