Wolff Sells Garden-Style WA Community
CBRE’s Northwest Multifamily Institutional Investment team marketed the sale of the 176-unit Badger Mountain Ranch community, located on the southern side of Richland.

Starboard Realty Advisors has acquired Badger Mountain Ranch, a 176-unit apartment community in Richland, Wash., from The Wolff Co. CBRE’s Northwest Multifamily Institutional Investment team marketed the transaction on behalf of the seller.
The property is located at 451 Westcliffe Blvd., in the southern part of the city, near the Badger Mountain Centennial Preserve. The site is adjacent to a new grade school and park, while the median family income within a one-mile radius is $132,000. The Meadow Springs Country Club is a six-minute drive away, while Columbia Center, the largest retail complex in the area, is within a 10-minute drive of the community.
A wide range of amenities
Constructed in 2013, Badger Mountain Ranch offers 45 one-bedroom, 90 two-bedroom and 41 three-bedroom apartments, averaging 98 percent occupancy in the last 12 months. Residential units include nine-foot ceilings, outdoor decks and patios and open floor plans. According to Yardi Matrix, common-area amenities include:
