Scottsdale, Ariz.—Deco Communities has broken ground on Inspire Downtown Scottsdale, a $42 million luxury condo development in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The project will offer contemporary-styled residences starting at $299,000.

“Our philosophy is that ‘rent’ is a four-letter word,” Rob Lyles, a partner with Deco Communities, said. “We strive to deliver housing that allows buyers to take ownership, not just in owning their own home, but also in the community around them.”

Located at 7300 E. Earll Dr., just east of Miller and Earll Road, Inspire Downtown Scottsdale combines superior design and amenities.

The property will offer several floor plans ranging from approximately 800-square-foot one-bedroom units up to a 2,100-square-foot two-bedroom, split-master with den. The community will include 97 stylish condominiums offering fresh and luxurious common areas, with state-of-the-art fitness facility, central courtyard, pool, spa and its very own dog park.

Inspire Downtown Scottsdale will also offer recycling, bicycle storage, electric car charging stations and secured underground parking.

“We are thrilled developers like Deco Communities are choosing to invest in building Scottsdale neighborhoods, and we too strongly believe in not just home ownership, but community ownership for our residents,” Scottsdale Mayor W.J. “Jim” Lane said.

According to Lyles, the area hasn’t seen new home construction in more than 20 years and the company will be infusing life back into the neighborhood with new construction, new buyers and a new reinvigorated energy.

The community will be within walking distance of Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center, Scottsdale Stadium, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and the Old Town Scottsdale Farmer’s Market.

Architect Daniel Gehman of L.A.-based Harley Ellis Devereaux leads the project’s design.

Inspire Downtown Scottsdale is expected to be completed in late 2016.
