“Palm Beach County is appealing whether you’re seeking employment opportunities, entertainment, education or a vintage South Florida experience,” Wes Dickerson, Mill Creek’s senior managing director of acquisitions, told MHN. “The West Boca submarket has performed well over the past several years and continued growth is projected.”

Situated at 10235 Boca Entrada Boulevard, Alister Boca Raton consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes.

According to Dickerson, Mill Creek will be implementing an amenities package that includes upgrades to the pool, leasing center, fitness center and landscaping throughout the community.

“This property is already performing well from an occupancy standpoint, and we believe our upgrades will help elevate it into one of the finest in the submarket,” he said. “The building exteriors will get a refreshed look with new paint. We will also be instituting upgrades to the apartment interiors to bring them on par with a luxury community, including vinyl wood-style flooring, hard-surface counters, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry.”

The community benefits from a prime location within walking distance of Publix Super Market, and just a short drive from Starbucks and Chipotle Mexican Grill. It’s also just 15 minutes from Alister Boca Raton is Boca Town Center, which boasts 220 upscale retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Apple Store.

“Everything residents need from a lifestyle standpoint is within walking distance or a short drive,” Dickerson said. “The location is transit-friendly, as well, with Highway 442 and several other key transportation routes within close proximity. The nearby Boca Town Center and its mix of retail and entertainment options also is a strong appeal.”

With the addition of Alister Boca Raton to its portfolio, Mill Creek has now developed or acquired more than 4,700 apartments in the South Florida area.
