Weidner Apartment Homes has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of The Vue at Pinnacle Park, a 285-unit Class A property in Fitchburg, Wis. Fiduciary Real Estate Development sold the asset for $48 million. JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
The Vue at Pinnacle Park occupies 9.8 acres at 1300 Post Road, just off the intersection of freeway 14 and 18, within 4 miles of downtown Madison. The community is located adjacent to the Capital Springs State Recreation Area and near several eateries and shopping options on Fish Hatchery Road.
Built in 2014, the five-building property encompasses a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, averaging 976 square feet. The apartments feature above-standard ceiling heights, washers and dryers and private balconies or patios. Community amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor grilling area, swimming pool and covered parking spaces.
