WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems was recently honored as the Industry Partner of the Year at the 2011 GEMM Awards of the Greater East Bay ceremony.
El Segundo, Calif.— WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems was recently honored as the Industry Partner of the Year at the 2011 GEMM Awards of the Greater East Bay ceremony. The event was hosted by the CAA Contra Costa/Napa/Solano and RHO of Southern Alameda County. WASH is the West Coast’s largest provider of laundry facilities management services for apartment properties, condos, college and university residence halls, military bases and other multi-housing locations.
WASH was named the 2008 Multiple-Housing Excellence Award winner by Maytag® Commercial Laundry and it received the Readers’ Choice Award from Apartment Finance Today all four years the survey was administered. In addition, the company was named an Energy Star Partner by the State of California.
Additional finalists for this award included Cagwin and Dorward Landscaping and Kimball, Tirey & St. John Law Offices.
