Executive Managing Director Calum Weaver will lead the marketing efforts for the 17-unit property on behalf of local investor Euclide MB Investments Corp. Alexandria at South Beach is on the market for $9.75 million or $500,000 per square foot.
Developed in 1937, the three-story Art Deco building has recently undergone a $5 million renovation process consisting of AAA condo finishes. The luxury community offers studios and one- to three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 460 to 2,500 square feet.
Community amenities include a private courtyard with tropical garden and koi pond, fitness center, sauna, steam room and a common meeting area. Apartment amenities include floor coverings with polished natural stone inserts, Murano and mother of pearl mosaic walls, crystal glass walls, Italian marble, wooden doors, black granite countertops, oversized showers with crystal doors, hydro therapy bathtubs, Duravit® bathroom fixtures and Grohe® faucets. Moreover, the largest units feature a private elevator and a separate entrance.
“Alexandria SOBE is the platinum standard for Art Deco-styled rentals,” Weaver said in prepared remarks. “Ownership has spared no expense in renovating this asset. It’s unmatched finishes along with its proximity to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive make this a truly unique investment opportunity.”
