New York–A full-service luxury condominium building nestled in the heart of Brooklyn’s historic Carroll Gardens neighborhood is almost at capacity—before the doors even open.
345 Carroll Street is located between Hoyt and Bond Streets. At 70 percent sold, the property contains 32 custom-crafted homes, 18 of which have private outdoor spaces. The remaining units include two- and three-bedroom apartments, garden duplex homes and multi-story penthouses, many of which have outdoor space.
Residences range in size from 1,200 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet, with starting prices at $1.685 million to nearly $4 million for the penthouses.
“Carroll Gardens is a diverse, beautiful and established neighborhood that offers an appealing lifestyle thanks to its wonderful restaurants, shopping and parks,” said Gregory Katz, a partner at Sterling Equities. “We developed this luxury building with that in mind, offering everything from doorman service to expansive private and public outdoor space to onsite parking and more. It’s thrilling to see buyers, both from Brooklyn and surrounding boroughs, particularly Manhattan, excited to call 345 Carroll Street home.”
345 Carroll Street showcases a rare, full-service building to the neighborhood. Extensive amenities include a doorman, superintendent and porter services, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, roof terrace, pet grooming station, bicycle storage, and a 5,300-square-foot landscaped garden with a bocce court and vegetable garden. Private parking and storage are available for purchase.
“Our impressive amenities package, top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes and the neighborhood itself are bringing a wonderful mix of buyers through the door. With some contracts achieving over $1,500 per square foot, an impressive feat in this neighborhood, we anticipate continued positive activity and the potential to be sold out in the coming weeks,” said Millie Perry of Stribling Marketing Associates, head of sales for the project.
The property is being developed by Sterling Equities, in partnership with Westbrook Partners and designed by award-winning architects Gluck+.
The sales gallery is located just around the corner from the site at 396 Court Street. Sales started in Fall 2014 with move-ins expected by Spring 2016.
