UMCA Appoints Levkus to Board of Directors

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.—Martin Levkus, general manager of Yardi EBS utility billing, has been appointed as a director of the Utility Management and Conservation Association. UMCA is a trade association that promotes conservation and cost management by educating the multifamily housing industry on best practices, advanced technology and regulations relative to cost recovery.

Levkus joins three directors and four officers on the board. He will be responsible for upgrading the organization’s website as well as preparing UMCA’s research database, which will soon include a library of regulatory and compliance information at the federal, state and county levels. Levkus has 14 years of technology experience in multifamily and utility management to direct towards the organization’s initiatives.
