Two Trees Launches Sales at Brooklyn Condo Tower
The luxury waterfront community is part of the Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment.
Two Trees Management has launched sales at One Domino Square, a 39-story waterfront condominium tower with 160 residences in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood. Designed by Selldorf Architects, the high-rise building is the third ground-up residential development at the Domino Sugar Factory site.
Located at 8 S. Fourth St., One Domino Square features residences ranging from 700 square feet to 2,700 square feet. Floorplans include one-, two- and three-bedroom condo units with 10-foot ceilings, noise-canceling windows, light oak flooring, washers and dryers, bathrooms with heated floors and walk-in showers, as well as kitchens with Gaggenau appliances available in cool or warm palettes.
Additionally, the condo tower will include six three-bedroom penthouses. Prices will start at $1.3 million for a one-bedroom unit and from $3 million for a three-bedroom unit.
One Domino Square marks Selldorf Architects’ largest residential project. The development, along with the adjacent 55-story rental residential tower to the south, comprise the 700,000-square-foot One Domino Square complex. The two buildings will be connected by a seven-story podium at their base, where there will be 12,000 square feet of retail space and 45,000 square feet of amenities.
One Domino Square is next to the Williamsburg Bridge and its indoor common-area amenities include an aquatic center with a heated indoor swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna, a hydrotherapy spa center, poolside private showers with locker rooms, as well as treatment rooms. Other amenities include a health club, a fitness center and a yoga studio.
An extensive indoor & outdoor amenity package
The outdoor amenity package features three terraces, with one of them including a landscaped lounge, a heated outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, while another one includes eight entertaining spaces and equipment for grilling. One Domino Square also includes multiple common-area lounges with fireplaces, while additional amenities include a media room with a wet bar, a table game lounge, a library, an open-air solarium, a social lounge, a coffee bar, a coworking space and private conference booths.
One Domino Square is part of the developer’s 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment, designed as a mixed-use neighborhood. The project also includes two Class A office buildings, two residential buildings and the 6-acre Domino Park.
Another luxury condominium project underway in the New York City area is Monogram. The 191-unit building in Manhattan is nearing completion. Navigation Capital Partners has recently refinanced the project with a $185 million inventory loan. Kriss Capital provided the financing for the new development, where condo prices start at $855,000.
