Harrison, N.J.—Commuting is sure to be a breeze for residents of Harrison Station, a new rental community in New Jersey—after all, the luxury apartments are located right next to the Harrison PATH station, a commuter train that connects New Jersey communities to Manhattan.

Though currently in phase one, the mixed-use development, which is being developed in a joint venture with Ironstate Development and The Pegasus Group, will feature 2,600 residences, which will include studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, Harrison Station will include 80,000 square-feet of retail and a hotel. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, lounge, outdoor pool and a parking garage.

The monthly rent for units range from $1,200 for studios to $2,200 for two-bedrooms.

“Our goal is to create a vibrant mixed-use community in Harrison in the same vein as Hoboken and Jersey City that respects the industrial past of the neighborhood, Richard Miller, principal, The Pegasus Group, says in a statement. “The pedestrian-friendly design and easy access to mass-transit service should appeal to professionals and anyone interested in the New Urbanism lifestyle.”
