TPA Residential Completes Atlanta Class A Community
The two-building property received a $28.6 million construction loan in 2020.
TPA Residential has completed the construction of The Enzo at Ariston, a 265-unit multifamily community in Buford, Ga. The Class A property received a $28.6 million construction loan in 2020 from Texas Capital Bank, according to Yardi Matrix data.
McShane Construction Co. was the general contractor, Niles Bolton Associates provided architectural services and RangeWater Real Estate will be managing the property, the same source shows.
The boutique-style community encompasses two buildings with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging between 537 and 1,584 square feet. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a dog park and outdoor areas with grilling stations. In-unit amenities consist of washers and dryers, vinyl tile flooring, professional kitchens and private patios or balconies.
Located at 3025 Woodward Crossing Blvd., The Enzo at Ariston is close to interstates 85 and 985, providing easy access to downtown Atlanta. There are many dining options, schools, retail spaces and entertainment venues in the area, including Mall of Georgia and Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park. Green areas, such as Bogan Park Community Recreation & Aquatic Center and Little Mulberry Park, are also nearby.
TPA, alongside McShane Construction Co. and Niles Bolton Associates, is developing another Atlanta-area, 318-unit community in Kennesaw, Ga. The company acquired the site for $13.8 million, while Citizens Bank backed the project with a $58.3 million construction loan. The property is slated for completion in 2024.
