This new acquisition adds 444 Section 8 units to The Related Cos.’ portfolio. The firm has applied to add 53 more affordable housing units on the site for veterans and the homeless.

The Aspen building in East Harlem contains 232 residential units and five commercial units. It was built in 2004 and offers affordable but luxurious apartments with ground-floor retail spaces.

A partnership between Adam America Group and Slate Property Group picked up eight contiguous townhouses in Park Slope, with an eye toward redevelopment. News coverage reveals plans for a new 12-story multifamily rental building with 130 apartments and 120,000 square feet of retail space. The property addresses include 541, 543, 545, 551, 553, and 555 Fourth Ave.
