Toll Brothers is expanding its presence in Orlando, Fla., with Haven Oaks, a new single-family luxury home community located south of the city’s downtown. The property will feature 43 residences.

The developer has opened its sales center and a model home at 52 Overleaf Lane. Located off Holden Avenue, Haven Oaks will have one- and two-story home designs with flexible floor plans. The homes will range in size from 2,065 to 3,277 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to 4.5 bathrooms and two- or three-car garages. With prices beginning in the mid-$500,000s, each home will have contemporary touches and modern features to blend style and function. The Toll Brothers Design Studio will also be available for those who want to personalize their new homes.

Haven Oaks is located near shopping and dining options and major employment centers. Interstates 4 and 408 are easily accessible from the property.

Toll Brothers has numerous properties in the Orlando area, including Laurel Pointe Lake Nona, Woodside Preserve, Deer Run Estates, The Brix at the Packing District and Weslyn Park in Sunbridge. The company is active in more than 60 markets in 24 states.

Earlier this month, Toll Brothers Apartment Living teamed with Canyon Partners Real Estate to develop Navona, a 400-unit luxury community in Mesa, Ariz. Completion is expected in fall 2024. Navona is the fourth project for the partners. Their first Phoenix development came online next year. Toll Brothers also owns two completed projects in the Phoenix metro, with four others in development. One of those properties, Callia opened earlier this year.

Toll Brothers is also active in student housing, completing its first multifamily project in Florida last month. The 293-unit property, offering 1,086 beds, is in Miami. Lapis, a 20-story building, has studio, one-,two-, three-, four- and five bed floorplans. The company is working on a new off-campus student housing community in Orlando, Aperture, a 680-bed property near the University of Central Florida. That property is scheduled to open in fall 2025.
