TN Luxury Rental Property Breaks Ground
Developed by Fickling & Co. and Novare Group, the 250-unit Lullwater at Hixson community is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2019.
Lullwater at Hixson
A joint venture between Fickling & Co. and Novare Group have broken ground on Lullwater at Hixson, a luxury apartment community in the Chattanooga, Tenn.’s suburb of Hixson. The property is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of this year.
Located at 6038 Hixson Pike, Lullwater at Hixson will feature 250 one-, two- and three-bedroom units with garage access. Residents will have access to amenities such as a clubhouse, community pavilion, car care center, swimming pool, playground and pet park.
“Chattanooga is a beautiful, walkable city, and the Hixson submarket has been underserved by new Class A apartment developments. We believe Lullwater at Hixson is going to be very successful and an asset for the city,” said Roy Fickling, president, Fickling & Co., in a prepared statement.
Both Fickling & Co. and Novare Group have developed more than 10,000 apartment units across a variety of locations. Last May, the companies broke ground on Lullwater at Blair Stone, a 244-unit Class A community in Tallahassee, Fla. Additional projects for Novare Group include the groundbreaking of Cameron Park, a 302-unit, Class A transit-oriented development in Alexandria, Va., last July.
