Lexington, Ky.–The Lex apartment community, a Buckingham Cos. property was recently selected to receive the 2010 PARAGON Award for the Specialty – Student Housing Category. Awarded by the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Paragon Award celebrates builders, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations that make unique contributions to the industry, recognizing excellence and leadership in rental housing.

The Lex will receive the award during the 2010 NAA Education Conference & Exposition to be held from June 24-26 in New Orleans. As an award winner, The Lex is automatically considered for the Apartment Community of the Year Award.
