StreetLights Residential Opens Phoenix Luxury Community
The luxury high-rise is part of Block 23 at CityScape, a downtown mixed-use project.
A luxury high-rise apartment community in the heart of downtown Phoenix will soon open to residents. Developer StreetLights Residential has launched leasing at The Ryan, a 332-unit residential development within the Block 23 at CityScape mixed-use development.
Developed in a partnership with MetLife Investment Management, The Ryan is a 17-story community housing a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with a variety of floorplans residents may choose from. Interior finishes include quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and balconies in each unit. Additional unit features include built-in speakers, wine refrigerators and washers and dryers.

Common amenities at the building include a co-working space, a fitness center, concierge services, a resident bar, electric car charging stations, a ground-floor restaurant, a dog run and a pet spa. The community also offers a pool deck with lounge seating, grilling stations and firepits. Alliance Residential will manage the property.
The Ryan sits within RED Development’s major mixed-use development Block 23. The project has 230,000 square feet of creative office, restaurants and retail space and includes above- and below-grade parking. Retail tenants include Fry’s Food Store, Blanco Cocina + Cantina and a soon-to-open Chase Bank.
StreetLights Vice President of Development Greg Nadeau said in prepared remarks that The Ryan and the Block 23 project create a “live, work, play” experience for the surrounding community.
Earlier this month, StreetLights kicked off development of another luxury community in Midtown Atlanta. That project, The Hadley, is a 300-unit residential community that will rise at the corner of Fifth and Juniper Streets and will mark the company’s second high-end project in the city.
