Design-driven multifamily and mixed-use developer StreetLights Residential is underway on construction of The Maris, the fourth phase of the Presidio development. Situated in the swiftly-expanding Lakeline neighborhood in northwest Austin, Texas. The Maris will feature 276 apartment homes. It follows the first three Presidio developments. They are The Michael, which opened in 2016, and The Elizabeth, which opened in 2019. Phase III, The Asher, broke ground last year and is slated for completion at end of this year.

The Maris will feature studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans measuring from 517 to 1,684 square feet in size. Features and finishes of apartment interiors will include granite countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, designer tile finishes, GE Grade gas appliances and under-cabinet lighting. Select residences will offer a number of extra features, including a smart island induction cooktop. Among the leading common-area amenities is a large pool lounge with lounge seating and dining tables.

The architect of record on The Maris is StreetLights Creative Studio. The same firm is supervising all interior design. SLR Construction LLC, is the general contractor.

Walking distance

Residents of the new apartment community will enjoy convenient access to all Austin offers. Metro Rail and a bus station are within walking distance. More than 2 million square feet of shopping and dining opportunities are also just steps away.

In addition to The Asher at Presidio, a 377-unit luxury community, StreetLights Residential has another Austin project well underway. That development is The Bowen, a 340-unit luxury high-rise community located in The Domain.

Earlier this year, StreetLights Residential partnered with Hunt Cos. to announce plans to develop The Langley in Houston, Texas.
