Silestone has launched the Volcano Texture, a quartz surface with an orange-peel-like textured finish.
The surface of the new Volcano Texture creates a contemporary matte look and feel. Using a new technology to apply a lightly indented effect to the quartz surface, Volcano makes a stylish design statement. At launch, the collection will be available in five colors: Nuit Bleu, a smoky charcoal color with hints of natural stone, which will launch with the collection; Haiku, a light cream; White Zeus, pure white; Kensho, an ash gray; and Gray Expo, a natural gray hue.
Volcano can be used for kitchen countertops, vanity tops, wall paneling, custom-made furniture, and more. As with all Silestone natural quartz products, the Volcano Texture is naturally non-porous and never needs to be sealed. It is easy to clean and is scratch-, stain- and heat-resistant. Silestone also offers built-in antimicrobial protection that fights the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew. It is GreenGuard-certified for clean air quality, and it has received the National Sanitation Foundation certification (NSF 51) for safe food preparation.
