Sheraton Steamboat Resort Converting to Timeshare Villas
First Finish Inc. is transforming 198 rooms into 112 villas. The project is underway and is slated for delivery by the end of the year.

First Finish Inc. has started working on the transformation of Sheraton Steamboat Resort located in Steamboat Springs, Colo. The company is converting the west tower guest rooms into timeshare villas for Vistana Signature Properties.
Amenities & changes
Located on Mount Werner, close to Denver, Steamboat Springs is a ski resort destination. The company’s renovation plan includes transforming the 198 rooms into 112 villas by adding new sliding doors, curtain wall windows and Juliet balconies to add more square footage. Construction in currently underway and is expected to be completed by November.
Sheraton Steamboat is the area’s only ski-in/ski-out resort. A various number of biking and hiking options with paths throughout Mountain Werner are available in the area. On-site property amenities include:
- Shopping connected to the hotel;
- Valet service and self-parking facilities;
- Game room;
- The Rocky Mountain Day Spa;
- 18-hole golf course;
- Sheraton fitness center;
- Outdoor heated pool and whirlpool;
- Outdoor tent for different events.
