Self Storage Facility Opens in Miami-Dade Market
Go Store It brings a 777-unit facility to Opa-locka, Fla.

Go Store It Self Storage, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group Holdings, has opened a facility in Opa-locka, Fla., in the Miami-Dade market. The five-story Class A facility at NW 27th Avenue offers 777 climate-controlled storage units.
The 107,000-square-foot Go Store It building, designed by Ken Carlson Architects, features a façade inspired by Opa-locka’s rich history and Moorish Revival architecture, including keyhole-arched windows and other Moorish architectural elements, honoring the city’s character. The facility boasts 78,450 net rentable square feet in a variety of unit sizes.
DC Construction served as the general contractor, and FrontRange Capital Partners, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm specializing in growth capital and property investments, capitalized the project.
