San Jose Mixed-Use Tower Changes Hands
HFF worked on behalf of the seller, Capri Capital Partners, to market 360 Residences, a high-rise with 213 units and ground-floor retail space.

HFF announced the sale of 360 Residences, a 24-story, luxury mixed-use residential and retail tower in downtown San Jose. The HFF team marketed the asset on behalf of Capri Capital Partners. The sales team included Scott Bales and Peter York, managing & associate directors, and Miles Kersten, analyst.
The building situated at 360 Market St. was originally completed in 2010 as a luxury condominium property. 360 Residences occupies a 1.02-acre site and features 213 for-rent units. The floor plans average 1,320 square feet. The controlled-access property also consists of 10,167 square feet of entirely leased ground-floor retail.
