Sales Start at Four Seasons’ Coconut Grove Tower
This is the brand’s first standalone residential project of its kind in Florida.
Fort Partners and CMC Group, working alongside Four Seasons, have launched sales of Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove in Miami’s Coconut Grove enclave.
Located at 2699 South Bayshore Drive in Miami, this 20-story, 70-unit project is the first standalone Four Seasons residential offering in Florida. Residences range from two- to four-bedroom layouts and are up to 3,980 square feet in size. Four of the residences will be penthouses ranging in size from 6,430 to 9,690 square feet.
Inspired by the landscape of Coconut Grove, the building’s façade creates a skyline presence but features soft curves blending with the area‘s natural rhythm. Residents will have unobstructed ocean views overlooking Biscayne Bay.
European touches
The luxury features and finishes of the residences include 11-foot ceilings, custom Italian kitchens, top-of-the-line European appliances and finishes, Italian bathroom cabinetry and the most up-to-date in-home automation systems and lighting controls. An onsite spa offering cold plunge, hammam, aqua therapy, sensory showers and lounge area tops the list of resident amenities.
Residents will have access to a dedicated director of residences, concierge, housekeeping and butler services, grocery provisioning, in-residence dining, valet services and wellness programming that will include personal trainers, dog grooming, private catering and car wash services.
Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove is within walking distance of cultural attractions and the waterfront
Earlier this month, OKO Group and Cain International topped out Una Residences, a 47-story condominium tower in Miami’s South Brickell neighborhood.
