Revel Communities Opens Inland Empire Property

Revel Communities, a division of Wolff Cos., has finalized construction on the 163-unit Revel Palm Desert, its first independent living community in Southern California. The development, located in Palm Desert, Calif., has already begun welcoming residents.

Revel Palm Desert features a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, as well as 20 cottages, each with a two-bedroom floorplan and private garage. Each residence features custom walk-in closets, private patios, as well as washers and dryers.

Community amenities include a pool, pickleball court, spa, art studio and a fitness studio. The property also features dining venues, such as Ovation, The Social Club, as well as an ice cream parlor. Every resident’s monthly agreement includes housekeeping, while laundry services, transportation and utilities are optional.

Located at 74300 Country Club Drive, the community is 4 miles northeast of The Shops on El Paseo and some 5 miles north of The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Situated just south of the Coachella Valley, the development is surrounded by golf courses, including the adjacent Desert Willow Golf Resort. Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices are within 3 miles northwest. Several other shopping, dining and entertainment options are available within a 2-mile radius. Downtown Palm Desert is 3 miles south.

The community’s interiors were designed by Private Label International. The firm won the Value-Add award at the 2021 MHN Excellence Awards for their renovation of Living at NoHo.
