REVA Development Partners, known for developing several Midwest luxury multifamily properties, opened a new community in Deer Park, Ill. Deer Park Crossing offers 236 units—192 apartments and 44 rental townhomes—as well as a 7,800-square-foot resident clubhouse. The first series of units are move-in ready with complete delivery of the project scheduled for fall 2018. Lincoln Property Group is in charge of leasing and property management efforts.

“Deer Park Crossing represents our continued focus on developing a broad offering of apartment homes for traditional renters and the emerging class of Baby Boomers seeking to downsize from single-family homes and opting for the convenience and flexibility of renting. This vibrant mix of rental townhomes and mid-rise flats, combined with the easy access to walkable retail, is proving to appeal to a broad spectrum of residents,” said Matt Nix, the development company’s principal, in prepared remarks.

The community is situated on more than 11 acres at the southwest corner of Deer Park Boulevard and Field Parkway. It offers a mix of units ranging in size from 806 to 2,283 square feet and nine different floor plans. Common amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, club room and media room.

Adjacent to the property is Deer Park Town Center incorporating more than 70 stores and restaurants, a movie theater and a Whole Foods location. According to Nix, Deer Park is the only luxury rental community developed in the area in decades.
