Resort Lifestyle Opens Luxury Senior Community in Little Rock

Resort Lifestyle Communities has opened Chenal Pines Retirement Resort, a 128-unit luxury senior community in Little Rock, Ark. The facility offers independent living for adults aged 55 and over. Cameron General Contractors developed the project on a 7.9-acre parcel acquired for $3.1 million in 2017, according to Arkansas Bride.
Located at 16715 Champagnolle Drive, Chenal Pines offers studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 566 to 1,201 square feet. Amenities include an on-site bank, business center, pharmacy, fitness center, game room and 150-seat theater. Daily full-service dining, health and wellness programs, transportation to appointments and valet parking are among the services offered.
The property is some 11 miles west of downtown Little Rock and 5.5 miles west of interstates 630 and 430.
Resort Lifestyle Communities has opened several independent living communities during the past six months. The company opened a 128-unit facility in Huntley, Ill., in November and a similar one near Pittsburgh in October.
