New York—ResiModel, a platform for processing, analyzing and comparing multifamily investment opportunities, reported a number of additions to its roster of clients during the second quarter of 2015.
Since April, ResiModel has added many new brokerage clients including the multifamily teams at CBRE’s Boston and Indianapolis offices, Colliers’s San Francisco office, Moran & Co.’s Irvine Office and Rock Apartment Advisors. In addition, the firm reported a number of new buy-side clients, including Abacus Capital, Strategic Property Investment, Nitya Capital and additional teams within Alliance Residential.
By providing deal parties with sophisticated data analytics and visualization tools, ResiModel allows brokers, investors, lenders and appraisers to build their own comprehensive databases of underlying property rent rolls and operating statements.
