Chicago—RentSentinel, a marketing management software company, has released a second, more powerful version of Tablet, their iPad solution for leasing associates. Tablet version 1.2, which is available for download directly from iTunes, works in conjunction with RentSentinel’s Marketer and Prospector software.
Tablet gives leasing agents the freedom to conduct site tours without having to give up the power of multimedia and real-time pricing. The tool can also capture guest card information. Version 1.2 has the ability to add a note to any guest card, so leasing professionals can keep track of feedback from prospects and their unit ratings. Tablet is still useful even after leaving a WiFi hotspot, as the software automatically saves and syncs with RentSentinel’s Prospector software once returning within range.
Prospector manages all prospect activity from online posts created through RentSentinel’s Marketer software, which also analyzes the effectiveness of online advertisements. Marketer can also be set up to distribute online ads automatically through Craigslist and other classified sites.
Tablet costs $50 per month per property, and requires a subscription to Marketer, which costs $39.95 per month, per property. Prospector costs $100 per month, per property.
