Boston—Rental Beast, a rental real estate listing service, announced its expansion to the Greater Philadelphia and Chicago areas. The company also announced a partnership with leading Philadelphia real estate brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach REALTORS®.
Rental Beast is the online platform that connects landlords and property managers with highly qualified tenants through a network of hyper-local real estate experts. The service, founded in 2009 by CEO Ishay Grinberg, is modeled after multiple listing services (MLS) favored on the real estate purchase market.
