Related Cos. Opens Luxury Community in Hollywood
The Argyle House, the latest in the company's Reserve Collection, includes 114 units and integrated smart technology such as app-based grocery ordering, pantry and fridge stocking, dry cleaning, and laundry pick-up and delivery.
Related Companies has started leasing operations for the Argyle House, an 18-story, 114-unit luxury apartment tower in Hollywood, Calif.
Designed by LARGE Architecture and interiors done by Marmol Radziner, the glass tower includes a mid-century modern-inspired look and views of the world-famous Hollywood Sign and the Pacific Ocean.
“Argyle House offers its residents a chic, unrivaled living experience through its exceptionally tailored services, concierge offerings, exclusive Life Simplified platform, and collection of indoor and outdoor amenities designed for the resident’s ultimate convenience,” Gino Canori, Related California’s executive vice president & chief development officer, said. “The combination of entertainment and relaxation is a modern luxury and the amenity offering here, complete with an entertainment lounge and private outdoor pool, comprises both.”
The luxury property consists of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom units, all with their own private balcony. The units each come with a Bosch washer and dryer, wide-plank oak flooring, key fob entry and a Nest thermostat.
The property is in the process of becoming LEED Silver certified. The Argyle House is also the first property in SoCal to have Hello Alfred technology integrated through Related Companies’ custom platform, Life Simplified, meaning it can anticipate and complete instinctive and sophisticated to-dos on a resident’s behalf including app-based grocery ordering, pantry and fridge stocking, dry cleaning, and laundry pick-up and delivery.
Historic Location
The Argyle House is situated next door to the world-famous Capitol Records Building and located just steps from the Pantages and Dolby Theatres, and dining and retail options.
This is latest of Related’s Reserve Collection, which also consists of: Avery 450 in San Francisco; One Hudson Yards, Abington House, The Easton, 261 Hudson and 456 Washington Street in New York City; One Hill South in Washington, D.C.; and One Bennett Park in Chicago.

Units at the Argyle House start at $3,395 for studios, $4,395 for one-bedrooms, and $6,595 for two-bedrooms. There’s also a three-bedroom penthouse available with pricing not available.
