Carnegie-Park-Exterior-449x569New York—In less than 10 months, global real estate developer Related Companies‘ Carnegie Park is 75 percent sold. The luxury condominium tower reached its 200th sale last month, confirming its spot as one of Manhattan’s fastest-selling residential developments of 2015.

“Carnegie Park’s continued sales momentum has been truly remarkable,” said Benjamin Joseph, senior vice president of Related Companies. “The desirability of the neighborhood, exceptional price points and the building’s unparalleled amenities have proven to be instrumental in the property’s success.”

With its prime location at 200 East 94th Street, in the Upper East Side’s Carnegie Hill neighborhood, Carnegie Park has seen much demand among buyers. It offers 287 units that range from one to five bedrooms, with prices starting from a little more than $1 million. The tower is surrounded by upscale dining options, luxury shops and boutiques, as well as some of Manhattan’s most elite private schools. Residents are also blocks away from Central Park, Carl Schurz Park, Asphalt Green and the East River Esplanade.

Residents will soon be able to travel with ease, as the Second Avenue subway construction is set to have its first phase completed in 2016, and will span from 57th to 96th Street.

In addition to its convenient location, Carnegie Park offers exclusive features and amenities through Related Companies’ Five Star Living Program, with a stylish lobby designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. On the first floor, residents will find an elegant entertainment lobby, a three-lane swimming pool, and a children’s playroom, as well as an expansive outdoor patio space and a playground set on a half-acre park.

The building’s lower level features an advanced fitness facility and yoga center and its top 31st floor includes a landscaped rooftop terrace with outdoor seating, barbecues and panoramic views of Manhattan’s famous Midtown skyline.

“With over 75 percent sold within just 10 months, Carnegie Park has been a phenomenal success. We at Related recognize that our buyers deserve only the very best finishes, services and amenities and we are thrilled to literally be the most sought after condominium in New York,” Sherry Tobak, senior vice president of Related, told MHN.

Carnegie Park is currently accepting appointments with co-exclusive marketing and sales agents Related Sales and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
