REAL Property Group Wraps Kansas City-Area Mixed-Use Project

REAL Property Group has completed construction of The Lofts at City Center, a mixed-use development in Lenexa, Kan. The property comprises 65 apartments and 10,000 square feet of Class A office space.

According to Yardi Matrix data, Country Club Bank provided the project with a $10.5 million construction loan.

The unit mix at the property includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Common-area amenities, which are shared by the office and residential components, include an outdoor terrace, swimming pool, fire pit, indoor lounge, fitness center, bike repair, storage area, pet washing station and BBQ grills. The project also has 100 parking spaces. 

Located at 8787 Renner Blvd., the five-story property is just off Interstate 435. The surrounding area has several retail and dining options, including Oak Park Mall, which is within 4 miles of the project.

JLL is handling leasing at the The Lofts, where Finkle Williams Architecture currently occupies 6,018 square feet of office space. This month, the brokerage firm arranged the sale of Volta at Voyager, a 200-unit community in Colorado Springs, Colo. The property changed hands for $52.6 million.
