Prudential Douglas Elliman Expands to Westchester

New York, NY–Prudential Douglas Elliman has acquired Prudential Holmes & Kennedy, a family-run brokerage firm servicing Westchester and Putnam counties in New York. Dottie Herman, president and CEO of Prudential Douglas Elliman, says the expansion will allow the company to provide its clients in the greater New York area with a larger inventory of listings.

In the past three months, Prudential Douglas Elliman also opened its first office in the Bronx, with the acquisition of John Edwards Real Estate, a boutique Riverdale agency. The company also recently acquired Prudential Galeria, a Long Island brokerage firm servicing Williston Park, East Williston, New Hyde Park, Mineola, Albertson and surrounding areas.
