Form Flash 1 is the newest and most advanced flashing tape on the market. The peel-and-stick flexible tape serves as a primary air and moisture seal around wall openings and penetrations. It is a permanent solution that forms an air/vapor and insect/rodent barrier that not only protects, but also increases the energy efficiency and Energy Star rating of any residential or commercial structure. Protecto Form Flash 1 can also be used to span the voids between service components and wall surfaces by sealing any remaining gaps, holes or leaks. This eliminates moisture intrusion and the threat of black mold.
Form Flash 1Some of the most useful applications of the flashing tape include sealing around pipes, gas lines, electrical outlets, dryer vents, conduits, plumbing, phone cables and fiber optic lines.
